Sir Loin is a private text-message poll that picks one family's Sunday dinner. It is run by Sean Rudford for members of their own family. It's a personal, non-commercial project: it sells nothing, and nobody outside the family can sign up.
Family members ask to be included and give verbal consent in person. The admin then adds their name and mobile number. Adding someone sends a welcome text:
Welcome, [name]. Save me as "Sir Loin, Keeper of Sunday Supper" (card attached). Reply STOP to opt out.
That's about 3 messages a week. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help.
We store your name, mobile number, and poll replies only to run this poll. Your number is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone.
